So I planned to write a post last night. Yes, I’m still one of those, I don’t plan nor write my posts ahead of time. I write posts the night before I schedule them. It’s just my way. Anyways, I totally was going to write one last night…then I fell asleep on the couch at 8pm. WTF? What is wrong with me? Old age, I tell you. I am that kind of old person, the one that is tired before all the good TV shows are on.
Now, I’m writing this post 15 minutes before I need to go to work because I need to know if anyone else is tired way too freaking early, like me. I mean, come on, 8pm is too early. I have even fallen asleep at 7pm before. Craziness! I do try to go to sleep around 10pm for work, but anytime before that is just too damn early. I feel old!!! And this has been going on for like 2 years! See, right when I turned 30 everything fell apart!
So, what time do you usually fall asleep at night? Do you have the case of ‘old-timer sleeping habits’ like I do? Please share to make me feel better. 🙂
