I LOVE Pepper Winters so I am super excited for Ruin and Rule, the first book of her new series. Anya and the Shy Guy is the continuation of the Backstage Pass series. I love how fast this series comes out. I JUST read the last book.

There is always a few review requests I take way too long to get to and the first book of the Stolen Empire series is one of them. So I had to grab the second book, Queen of Tomorrow just in case. I plan to read both books soon. Then we have Dragon Fall, I got this one because it had the word dragon in it. LOL

What books did you get this week? Have you read any of the ones I got?

(I thought I would try something new and update you guys on my week. )

– My cat is a monster. He keeps scratching the hell out of allΒ of us because we stop him from going outside. We have to, he gets stressed out when he is outside and doesn’t feel good for a couple days afterwards. Plus, he gets fleas from the strays. Β But he still wants out. Why???

– So many series finales!!!! Loved Games of Thrones finale. Spoiler: I know a lot of people are upset but I never especially liked Jon Snow. Don’t hurt me! I can’t help how I feel.

– Do any of you guys watch Big Brother? It’s on every summer. I hated last years but I am torturing myself again and watching this years. Good so far actually. Woohoo, another twin switcheroo.

– Taking a summer class. Advanced Photoshop. Had a damn quiz on the second day of class. Boooooo!

    Hmmm Dragon Fall sounds interesting. Yeah, I watch BB, but never get to see all the episodes. I saw part of the first night but that’s all so far.

    ARRGGHH NOOOO! I haven’t seen this series of Game of Thrones yet and I’d managed to avoid hearing how it ended but now I know! PLEASE warn if you’re putting spoilers in like that!

    Jen, we have a problem with our cat going out too. He insists on it, so we treat him with preventative flea med, which he has developed an allergy to. It actually looks like a burn when we use the meds. So, now we have to figure out how to keep him in. He tries to barrel through every time anyone goes outside. Why do they do it? I believe that cat’s like to think they’re in charge. If we threw them out they would be trying to claw their way back in.

      He pretty much does try to claw his way back in after a couple of hours. lol. Yeah, the flea meds don’t go over well with my cat at all.

    Congrats on the books, I’ve heard good things about the Fincklin book, I hope you like them both.

    Boo on quizzes but the class sounds fun and nope, to both tv shows. For some reason I don’t watch either but I’m glad you liked the season ending to the first and the second is off to a good start. πŸ˜‰

    So glad you got Queen of Tomorrow, I loved book one and will be reading this one sometime this week. Our kitty wanted out too and oh lord the trouble it caused. We don’t really watch reality tv..but did the past week have them trying to catch balls or tomatoes for a challenge? We watched the challenge and it looked fun

    Oh, Ruin and Rule looks good. I haven’t read anything by Pepper Winters yet – but this MAY be my first!! And Dragon Fall – haha I would have done the same thing. We don’t SEE many dragons!
