I find split personalities fascinating so I had to grab Split. Sounds creepy. I love big girl stories and Size Matters sounded pretty adorable. I just started reading it. Good so far.

What books did you get this week? Have you read any of the ones I got?

My Week

I had a pretty boring week. It was my mom’s birthday. I bought her some art from Hobby Lobby and we went to a French cuisine restaurant. It was very good. I tired Escargot for the first time. Pretty delish. I love trying weird food. What is the weirdest food you have tried?

  1. Jessica @ a GREAT read

OOh nice new reads! Those are new to me ones! Hope you enjoy them both!

I can honestly say I am not very adventurous when it comes to new foods. In fact, I’m kind of a picky eater. I was kind of “messed up” when I had to spend too much time in the hospital as a kid and forced to eat hospital food and not know the difference. As it is, I still struggle to try new foods. My taste buds don’t like bland things and lots of things I try end up being bland.

But yay you!! Hope you enjoy your new reads and the week to come!

    Here’s my STS

    Have a GREAT day!

I was a picky eater as a kid but I grew into being adventurous. But I don’t like new things easily.

Escargot … just no. Barf! I’d consider trying it if it happened to land in front of me, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. Hmmm … I guess cow brains is the weirdest I’ve eaten. I did know until I was almost finished though.

    Happy birthday to yo momma!

I haven’t heard of either of those book before so I’ll have to wait for your reviews to hear more about them! I have tried escargot before but yeah, it wasn’t for me… the texture was just too wrong for me.

The texture wasn’t too bad. I think it’s bad if you think about it too much.
