Meeting Jett was like a drug. Dangerous. Addictive. And better forbidden. In his game, there’s a high price to be paid. But how much is too much?

Brooke Stewart, a realtor in New York, was never in love until she met the green eyed, sexy as sin, six foot two sex god, Jett. The man to whom she surrendered. The man who hurt her once only to conquer her heart again.

Sexy, handsome, and arrogant Jett Mayfield knows he has found his match. Brooke is like no other woman he’s ever met and he has every intention of keeping her in his bed.

Their future seems full of promise…until the past is catching up with them and dark secrets threaten to destroy their lives. Soon they realize that to love means to lose, and some choices are harder than others.

When everything comes crashing down, can mistakes be amended…or will he lose her forever?

A woman who surrendered to love.

A man who would do anything to protect her.

Two lives that are about to be tested…and the last secrets laid bare.

At A Glance
Hands down the best book of the trilogy, though I think things could have been wrapped up a little better.

The Good
This series has been a little up and down for me from the get-go. Mostly I wanted something more than just sex between Brooke and Jett. And, boy, did I get it with Treasure Your Love. There was so much suspense, mystery, and plot twists it made my head spin. This is not another sex-fest, okay, there is a lot of sex, but Reed balanced it out nicely with a complex plot that had me biting my nails from tension. Just thinking about what Brooke went through in this book still gives me the chills.

Brooke really has a messed up journey in Treasure Your Love. Her and Jett are mostly doing fine, but the mysterious bad guys from the previous books are really out to get her this time. They go to ridicules lengths to ruin her life and Brooke doesn’t even know why. But when things are at there worst, Jett is always there for her. I think Brooke finally realized how much Jett loved her in this book. She always had her doubts, but no longer. They were meant for each other.

With Jett, he finally realized that Brooke loves him no matter his faults or his past. Brooke opens up full-heartedly to Jett’s life, even when it involves gangs, crazy family, and business problems. Brooke will not be scared off and Jett can finally relax with that knowledge. I hated that Jett had to give up a lot to save Brooke, but I respected that he made these tough choices because he couldn’t live without her. It can’t all be perfect. Both Brooke and Jett had to face their fears and open up old wounds to finally really heal.

The story was amazingly full of twists and turns that had my jaw dropping to the floor. The writing felt natural and the characters really did grow and mature. I was never bored, that’s for sure.

The Bad
Unfortunately, I still had many question at the end of this book. Even though it was a good ending, it felt lacking to me. I wanted something more substantial, something with more wrap-up and satisfaction. Really, the ending felt limp.

Even though I loved the added suspense and crazy plot twists, I did feel like they bordered on ridicules sometimes. A little out of left field if you ask me.

The Snuggly
I know with Reed I am going to get steamy sex scenes and with Treasure Your Love I was not disappointed. Brooke and Jett are insatiable as always and I loved it. And though I know these crazy kids love each other, I did feel like there could have been a little more to their relationship in the end. I wanted more to happen between them, like future plans made and so forth.

Lots of sex scenes so very much appropriate for an adult audience.

Final Thoughts
Even with my couple complaints, this was a great ending to the series. I heard that we may see these two again later down the road and I would love that. I want to know how they fare with their altered life. I feel happy with this series overall after this book. Very recommended.

“Like you, I need to stay by your side because you mean everything to me. If you fall, I fall,” I whispered, repeating his words. “And if we fall, I’d rather do it together. No exceptions, no regrets, and that’s a whole lot better than taking a chance and having to live without you.”

“I see the stars in the sky, and they make me think of life. Of the many plans dwelling inside my mind, but how few memories I have. No matter how hard I try, I can’t choose which memories I want to keep or which I can forget. So I’ve been wondering what’s the purpose of creating memories if I can’t just keep them all?”

“You know the feeling you get when you think you hear music, and it makes you stop in your tracks, completely absorbed? Well, that’s how I felt when I kissed you for the very first time. I knew right then that I could love you.”

“All beginnings are scary, like all endings are sad, but that’s the journey and everything in between is worth experiencing.”

I’m glad you liked this overall, Jennifer. I have the first one in this series but haven’t read it yet. I think I’ll like Brooke and Jett – although it sounds as though the journey is a bit uneven with them. Excellent review!
