When her flight is cancelled and the only option is to accept a seat in coach, Jena's luck goes from bad to worse, and then back around to good again - she might have gotten a middle seat, but it's in between two BIG hunks of manliness.
Being snuggled between two big bears is pretty much the best outcome the trip could have. The worst? The plane going down in the wilderness. Guess which one Jena's gonna have to deal with?
With her and her two new bear friends lost in the wilderness, a relaxing flight turns into a desperate fight for survival. But at the end of the day, will just surviving be enough for the bears? With the way Matt and Jack look at her, touch her, hold her, Jena doesn't think so.
Jena thinks that when she lets her claws out, the gig is up - how could two bears like this want a wolverine shifter? But when she stumbles into trouble she never imagined, it seems her two hunks just might part of an industrial terror plot.
Forget the claws, forget the fur, can Jena survive THEM?
This novella originally appeared in On The Growl.
At A Glance
Meh.
The Good
Yeah, yeah, I have a thing for shapeshifter erotica, sue me! Jena Matt, and Jack were pretty hot together. Honestly, if this book was all sex, it would have been better. 😀 And Jason, the bad guy, was extra creepy, which I loved.
The Bad
The plot was very weak. Then the ending was just so limp. Almost nothing was resolved and if it was, it was done in a stupid way.
The Snuggly
We get yummy, ménage sex, and that’s the only good part of this book.
Final Thoughts
I gained nothing from reading Bears Repeating, but I didn’t really lose anything either. It was just meh with a side of steamy. Not recommended.
Quotes
He looked at her, threw his head back and started laughing. He said, “God, I love your spirit. I’m going to bring you with me so I can really break it.”
Lekeisha
I really hate when that happens. You can’t just throw some hot sex in and call it a story. There has to be more to the plot than that. You don’t have to tell me twice about not reading it.
Jennifer Bielman
Yeah, the plot that did exist, was just not done well at all!
kindlemom1
Ack, I hate weak plots and endings! Sorry this was a stinker of a read. 😉
Jennifer Bielman
🙁 Sometimes I expect it from self-[published eroticas. Sad but true.
Braine Talk Supe
Oh well, you win some, you lose some. At least you got a bit of steam!
Jennifer Bielman
LOL, there was steam.
anna (herding cats & burning soup)
Well shifters and menage totally would have me on board. Yums! Too bad it was meh in the end.
Jennifer Bielman
The ending was sooooooo bad.
Christy
God, you’re such a perv, Jennifer! lol. At least the sex was good. <– That sounds like a few of the relationships I've had.
Jennifer Bielman
Bwahaha, you know me so well. Yup, I know those relationships too. They are good for a month at least.
Melliane
Ah sorry about the plot, it’s something quite complicated I understand. I hope your next read is better lady.
Jennifer Bielman
thanks, I hope so too
Jaclyn Canada
‘meh with a side of steamy’ LOL. I love it.
Jennifer Bielman
Yeah, that about sums it up.
Red Iza
Well, you can’t enjoy them all ! Thanks for sharing and avoiding us to read this 😉
Jennifer Bielman
True. 🙂
